How Grammarly Works Inside Transkriptor

Once the integration is set up, Grammarly runs seamlessly in the background as you work on your transcripts.

Inline Suggestions: Grammarly highlights grammar issues, unclear phrasing, and style inconsistencies directly in your transcript text with underlined suggestions.

Review Suggestions Panel: Click any highlighted text to see Grammarly's suggested correction with a brief explanation. Accept or dismiss each suggestion individually.

Correctness Checks: Grammarly identifies and corrects article usage, punctuation errors, and grammatical mistakes that commonly appear in spoken-to-text transcriptions.

Clarity Improvements: Rewrites complex or unclear sentences to make your meeting notes easier to read and understand.

Tone Adjustments: Adapts the tone of your transcript to match your preferred style — whether formal for client-facing documents or conversational for internal notes.

This ensures your meeting documentation is always polished, consistent, and ready to share without manual editing.
