Real-Time Writing Suggestions: Grammarly provides instant grammar, clarity, and tone suggestions directly inside Transkriptor as you review and edit your transcripts — no switching between tools.
Professional-Quality Notes: Transform raw transcriptions into polished, readable documents that are ready to share with clients, stakeholders, or your team without additional editing.
Tone and Style Consistency: Apply consistent writing style and tone across all your meeting notes and summaries, ensuring your documentation always reflects your organization's voice.

Follow these simple steps to install the Grammarly Chrome extension and enable writing suggestions directly inside your Transkriptor dashboard.
Step 1: Go to the Grammarly Integration Page
Go to the Integrations tab in your Transkriptor dashboard, find Grammarly, and click Go to Docs to be directed to the Grammarly integration page.

Step 2: Install the Grammarly Chrome Extension
Click Install Grammarly Chrome Extension to be redirected to the Chrome Web Store, then click Add to Chrome and confirm the installation — the Grammarly icon will appear in your Chrome toolbar once it's ready.

Step 3: Enable Writing Suggestions for Transkriptor

Once enabled, Grammarly will automatically start providing writing suggestions whenever you review or edit transcripts in your Transkriptor dashboard.

How Grammarly Works Inside Transkriptor
Once the integration is set up, Grammarly runs seamlessly in the background as you work on your transcripts.
Inline Suggestions: Grammarly highlights grammar issues, unclear phrasing, and style inconsistencies directly in your transcript text with underlined suggestions.
Review Suggestions Panel: Click any highlighted text to see Grammarly's suggested correction with a brief explanation. Accept or dismiss each suggestion individually.
Correctness Checks: Grammarly identifies and corrects article usage, punctuation errors, and grammatical mistakes that commonly appear in spoken-to-text transcriptions.
Clarity Improvements: Rewrites complex or unclear sentences to make your meeting notes easier to read and understand.
Tone Adjustments: Adapts the tone of your transcript to match your preferred style — whether formal for client-facing documents or conversational for internal notes.
This ensures your meeting documentation is always polished, consistent, and ready to share without manual editing.
How to Disconnect from the Integration
To stop Grammarly suggestions from appearing in Transkriptor:
Click the Grammarly icon in your Chrome toolbar.

Grammarly will no longer provide suggestions on Transkriptor. Your transcripts and Grammarly account remain unaffected.
