Key Benefits of Transkriptor + Telegram Integration
Instant Meeting Summaries: Receive a clean, formatted Telegram message every time a meeting or file finishes processing — including the AI summary and clickable links to the full transcript and audio recording.
Zero Setup Hassle: No bot to host, no API keys to manage. Transkriptor uses a single shared, verified bot. Just click Connect and press Start — that's all it takes.
Fully Customizable Notifications: Control exactly what gets sent to your Telegram chat — toggle the summary, transcript link, and audio link on or off directly from your Transkriptor integration settings.
Always in Your Pocket: Access your meeting notes wherever you are. Since summaries are delivered directly to Telegram, you can review key takeaways and action items from any device, anytime.
How to Connect Telegram to Transkriptor
Step 1: Start from the Transkriptor App
Open the Integrations tab in your Transkriptor dashboard, find Telegram, and click Connect.

Step 2: Open the Connection Link
Transkriptor generates a secure, personal connection link — a Telegram deep link. Click it to open the Transkriptor bot directly in your Telegram app.

Step 3: Press Start and Confirm
Inside Telegram, press the Start button or send /start — this links your Telegram chat to your Transkriptor account. You'll instantly receive a confirmation message:
✅ Connected to Transkriptor! You'll receive your meeting summaries here automatically after each meeting.

Setup takes under 30 seconds, and you never share any credentials.
Note: The connection link is single-use and expires after a short time. If you see an "invalid or expired" message, simply go back to the Transkriptor app and generate a new link.
What Happens After Each Meeting
Once connected, Transkriptor automatically delivers a formatted message to your Telegram chat every time a transcription or meeting finishes processing.
Each message includes:
Meeting title and date
AI-generated summary of key discussion points and action items
📄 Transcript link — a clickable link to view the full transcript in Transkriptor
🎧 Audio recording link — a clickable link to the original recording (optional, off by default)
Messages are formatted for easy reading and automatically trimmed if a summary is very long — so links are never cut off.
Configure Your Notification Settings
You control exactly what Transkriptor sends to your Telegram chat. Manage these settings from the Telegram integration settings in the Transkriptor app.
| Setting | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Enable notifications | On | Master switch for all Telegram messages |
| Include summary | On | Include the AI meeting summary in the message |
| Include transcript link | On | Add a clickable link to the full transcript |
| Include audio link | Off | Add a clickable link to the audio recording |
How to Disconnect
To stop receiving messages, go to Transkriptor app → Integrations → Telegram → Disconnect.
Sending /stop in the Telegram chat will remind you to disconnect from the app — the connection is fully managed from within Transkriptor.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | What to Do |
|---|---|
| "This connection link is invalid or expired." | Generate a fresh link from the Transkriptor app and press Start again in Telegram. |
| Connected but not receiving messages | Check that Enable notifications is toggled on in your settings. If Include summary is enabled, messages are only sent after the AI summary is generated — give it a moment after the meeting ends. Also make sure you haven't blocked or deleted the bot chat in Telegram. |
| Messages stopped arriving | Check your Telegram notification settings and confirm the integration is still active in the Transkriptor app. |
