How to Integrate with Claude?

Follow these simple steps to connect your Transkriptor account to Claude and start accessing your meetings through natural conversation. Setup happens once in Claude — no server URLs, no API keys.

How to Connect

This is a one-time setup. Start from your Transkriptor dashboard — no server URLs, no API keys.

Step 1: Start from the Transkriptor App

Open the Integrations tab in your Transkriptor dashboard, find Claude, and click Go to Docs. You'll be directed to the Transkriptor connector page inside Claude's directory.

Step 2: Connect in Claude's Directory

On the Transkriptor connector page in Claude, click Connect for your team.

Step 3: Sign In to Transkriptor

You'll be taken to a Transkriptor sign-in screen. Log in with your email and password, or click Continue with Google.

Step 4: Authorize Claude

An Authorize App screen will appear confirming that Claude is requesting access to your Transkriptor account with the following permissions:

  • Read: files you read

  • Allow offline access

Click Accept to grant access.

Step 5: Confirm the Connection

You'll be returned to the Transkriptor connector page in Claude, now showing Connected.

Step 6: Enable the Transkriptor Connector in Chat

Back in your Claude chat, click + next to the message box, go to Connectors, and make sure the Transkriptor toggle is turned on. The connector is now active for your conversations.

Step 7: Done — Start Asking About Your Transcripts

Just type your question in the Claude chat and Transkriptor will answer. No further setup needed.

Team / Enterprise: An owner connects Transkriptor for the team. Each person still signs in with their own Transkriptor account individually.

What You Can Do

Once connected, Claude works with transcripts already in your Transkriptor account. It does not upload new audio or edit any files.

Privacy & Security

Read-Only Access: The Transkriptor connector can retrieve your transcripts, summaries, and account info — but it does not modify, delete, upload, or create anything in your account.

Your Data Only: Claude only accesses transcripts tied to your own signed-in Transkriptor account. It cannot see data from other users.

Secure Sign-In: The connection uses your existing Transkriptor credentials or Google account. No API keys or tokens to copy by hand.

Free Accounts Supported: Free-tier Transkriptor accounts are fully supported through the Claude connector.

How to Disconnect

To revoke Claude's access to your Transkriptor data, go to Claude → + → Connectors → Manage connectors, find Transkriptor, and remove the connection. This immediately ends all access to your account. Your transcripts in Transkriptor remain unaffected.

Troubleshooting
