Configure the Pipedrive Integration

Transkriptor's Pipedrive integration gives you full control over how meeting data flows into your CRM. Choose what to log, where to log it, and which details to include — so your Pipedrive stays clean, organized, and aligned with your sales process.

Sync to Deal

When enabled, Transkriptor automatically links each meeting activity to the participant's most recent open deal in Pipedrive. This gives sales reps a complete view of every conversation tied to a specific opportunity, making it easy to track deal progress and prepare for next steps.

Note: Deal sync works for meetings created from your connected calendar. Meetings recorded by sending the Transkriptor bot through a manual link won't be automatically linked to a deal, since participant data isn't available in advance.

Create Contact If Not Exists

Enable this option to ensure no participant is ever missed. Transkriptor searches meeting attendees by email in your Pipedrive — if a match isn't found, a new contact is automatically created. This keeps your CRM continuously up to date without any manual entry.

Additional Settings

The Additional Settings section helps you customize how meeting documentation appears inside each Pipedrive activity. These options ensure that every transcription is captured in a way that supports your team's reference, review, and follow-up needs.

Include Summary

When activated, the AI-generated meeting summary is attached directly to the Pipedrive activity note. Your team can quickly grasp what was discussed without needing to read the full transcript or replay the recording.

Include Transcript Link

Enable this to add a clickable link to the full meeting transcript inside the activity note. Team members can jump straight from Pipedrive to the complete transcript in Transkriptor whenever deeper context is needed.

Include Media Link

When turned on, Transkriptor adds a clickable link to the original audio or video recording. This lets your team listen to or watch the meeting directly when reading the transcript isn't enough.

Frequently Asked Questions

After your meeting is transcribed, Transkriptor automatically creates a Pipedrive activity with the meeting details, including the AI-generated summary, transcript link, and recording link based on your settings.

Yes. When the Create Contact If Not Exists option is enabled, Transkriptor searches meeting participants by email in Pipedrive. If a participant isn't found, a new contact is automatically created so your CRM stays complete.

When Sync to Deal is enabled, Transkriptor identifies the participant's most recent open deal in Pipedrive and links the meeting activity to it. This makes it easy to see all meetings tied to a specific opportunity. Note that deal sync only works for meetings created from your connected calendar (Google or Microsoft). For meetings recorded by sending the Transkriptor bot via a manual link, the activity is logged but not automatically linked to a deal.

You decide. Transkriptor can include the AI-generated meeting summary, a link to the full transcript, and a link to the audio/video recording. Each option can be toggled on or off independently in your settings.

Absolutely. Every feature — deal sync, contact creation, summary inclusion, transcript link, and media link — can be enabled or disabled independently to fit your team's workflow.

No. Transkriptor links activities only to open deals, helping you keep your CRM focused on active opportunities and avoiding clutter on completed records.
