  1. On your device, open the Gmail app or open it on a web browser.
  2. Log in to your Gmail account using your Id and password.
  3. In the bottom right, tap Compose. (A plus sign)

  5. Below that, add a subject.

  7. Do any of the following to insert a punctuation mark or conduct simple formatting tasks:·     Say the name of the punctuation mark, such as “exclamation mark,” “question mark,” and “comma”.·     Say “new line” (equivalent to pressing the Return key once) or “new paragraph” (equivalent to pressing the Return key twice). The new line or new paragraph appears when you’ve finished dictating.
  8. Place the cursor where you want the text to begin. Begin speaking.
  9. At the top of the page, tap Send (Arrow mark in the top-right corner).
  10. To add formatting, like bolding or changing the text color, select the text you want to format, then tap A.
