Yes, your subscription will renew automatically if you do not cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription anytime.

There are multiple reasons for payment errors. Firstly, please use a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Debit cards or AMEX cause errors. Secondly, make sure you have sufficient balance and that your credit card is open for international online payments. If you still receive errors, please download our mobile app and try your payment via the App Store or Play Store. Make sure to log in with the same mail address.

You can use your minutes for one month from the day you pay. Unused minutes will expire after one month. Once your subscription is renewed, your minutes will be added automatically.

Please pick the subscription plan first, write your coupon code, and click the redeem button. Please check the payment details section near the Subscribe button to see if your coupon is applied, then verify your credit card and complete the transaction.

To cancel your subscription, click on the settings icon located at the left of your profile. Navigate to the General section and select Billing. Then, click on Change Plan and choose the 'Free - 90 Minutes' option. After selecting it, click Continue and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation.
